Warning: This download include an exe, if you dont trust it use an online virusscanner like VirusChief, this scans the file with multiple Virusscanners. For people that even dont trust that, get Turboexplorer Delphi Edition and compile it yourself, the sourcecode of the exe is included. Because always the discussion comes up it could break the tos, here what it dont do: the tool which gather the data from armory dont interact with the game in any way, it only saves the hassle to switch out of the game with using the clipboard, that the data appears there you still have todo manual to get it out there as well, thats no kind of automation nor access any game related things like the gamefiles, the memory of the game nor sniffing any data from the network connection. And how it works: It hooks the windows clipboard and whenever something change in it it reads the string out, if the string starts with "WOWA-" or "WOWT-" it splits the string get the name and server and connect to armory to get the data. If you use the normal version it prints on the desktop the info, with the detailed version it puts the result in the clipboard and then print on the desktop that the data is ready. To get the data in the clipboard and out as well you still have todo it manual its just a way to give input to the tool without the need to "alt-tab" out of the game. Summary: It dont interact with the game in any way, it just saves you the alt-tab out of the game. The tool/addon reads from armory how much points someone put in what talenttree without the need to leave the game. Installation: > Extracte the archive > Put the folder "TalentCheck" into your addon directoy. > The exe file and the folder "cache" you can put whereever you want. Usage: > Start the exe file. - Set the option at first start. > Ingame make a rightclick on a playername or portrait in the popupmenu choose "Talents" > A textbox appears click and press "ctrl+c" > Now the name and the how the points are set appears in the middle of the screen > With the button next to the textbox you can close it Detailed version: > use "/talentcheck toggle" to change to the detailed version (this will get saved no need todo it each time) > Ingame make a rightclick on a playername or portrait in the popupmenu choose "Talents" > A textbox appears click and press "ctrl+c" > a message will appear "Data is ready" after that press "ctrl+v" while the textbox has the focus a new string will appear now press the button and the data will be shown Commands: - "/talentcheck toggle" to toggle between normal and detailed version - "/talentcheck show" to show the last data of the detailed version - "/talentcheck help" to show the helpscreen Attention: - Its an alpha version - The output always appears in the center - The text is flickering but it should be good enough to read it |
