This is the spec I'm using right now for mainly bgs, heroic instances, and occassionally kara or Gruul's. It is working out pretty well and I am always top 3 on dps charts. I have decent +spell hit but if you don't I'd recommend moving the 2 points in Siphon Life over to Suppression. The strategy for this build is to take them out at a distance (since you don't have any talents that avoid interruption). My tactics are to start off with the 2 sec FG stun attack which gives me time to slap on CoA and Corr, Fear (or Death Coil if they get too close), Immolate, and then Shadow Bolt until they cry out for their momma.
