This is a crap build. If you want a dps muti..go 41/20/0 .. the extra damage from DW specialization will do better in even moderately sustained dps situations than opportunity will. That talent is for combat rogues...not muti rogues.

DW spec will cost 15 points just to get to it. in the long run DW may be better than opportunity but sleight of hand will open up more agro space to do more dps which more than makes up for the sleight loss of going opportunity.
