No aggro-red skilled? Never ever without this talent! And there is chance to hit within ... those 3 points are a MUST HAVE

Agreed, you need hit rating badly. The only thing why we don\'t need 150 hit rating like mages do is because of our talents. CBA to get 150+ hit rating with a shaman without great nerfing the rest of your stats.
