Anyone else thinks it's odd that in the summary of this he even mentions kara if he's in BT? I mean, kara is barely above what UBRS used to be now..it takes a little longer but people pug it just the same.

I don't see this one making any sense to me. Why Nature's Guidance as an Ele spec, why not one more into Imp Reinc instead, etc.
